FRENCH PRESS
Weigh 30g of your desired coffee.
Grind beans to a medium / coarse grind. Or buy our coffee ground specifically to french press.
Pour 500g of water making sure all grounds have been covered.
Wait 4/5 minutes…..
Push down slowly down to the bottom leaving a small gap.

V60
Firstly wet the filter paper to get rid of any paper taste.
Weigh 15g of your sweet and juicy coffee.
Grind beans to a medium grind. Or buy your coffee ground specifically to V60.
Add to the v60 and ensure you create a flat bed.
Pour your first 50g of water ensuring all ground have been covered. (This is the bloom)
After about 30 second pour the remaining 200g of water in a circular motion ensuring the water is being distributed evenly across the coffee.
This should take roughly 3 minutes from the first pour to the end.
Aeropress
Place the Aeropress which is placed on a server, onto a scale.
Weigh 11g of coffee.
Grind beans to a medium to fine grind.
Start a timer, add 200mL water, aiming to wet all the coffee during pouring.
Then immediately place the plunger on top of the brewer, about 1cm in. This creates a vacuum to stop the coffee from dripping through.
Wait for 2 minutes then gently swirl around.
Let it rest for 30 seconds
Finally gently press down until it gets to the bottom.
