FRENCH PRESS

  1. Weigh 30g of your desired coffee.

  2. Grind beans to a medium / coarse grind. Or buy our coffee ground specifically to french press.

  3. Pour 500g of water making sure all grounds have been covered.

  4. Wait 4/5 minutes…..

  5. Push down slowly down to the bottom leaving a small gap.

  6. Relax & Enjoy

V60

  1. Firstly wet the filter paper to get rid of any paper taste.

  2. Weigh 15g of your sweet and juicy coffee.

  3. Grind beans to a medium grind. Or buy your coffee ground specifically to V60.

  4. Add to the v60 and ensure you create a flat bed.

  5. Pour your first 50g of water ensuring all ground have been covered. (This is the bloom)

  6. After about 30 second pour the remaining 200g of water in a circular motion ensuring the water is being distributed evenly across the coffee.

  7. This should take roughly 3 minutes from the first pour to the end.

Aeropress

  1. Place the Aeropress which is placed on a server, onto a scale.

  2. Weigh 11g of coffee.

  3. Grind beans to a medium to fine grind.

  4. Start a timer, add 200mL water, aiming to wet all the coffee during pouring.

  5. Then immediately place the plunger on top of the brewer, about 1cm in. This creates a vacuum to stop the coffee from dripping through.

  6. Wait for 2 minutes then gently swirl around.

  7. Let it rest for 30 seconds

  8. Finally gently press down until it gets to the bottom.

  9. Have a good time.
