Is there a returns policy?
Coffee - As coffee is a consumable good and is perishable we are unable to accept returns on coffee orders. If there has been an error with your order, please contact us at info@lyallandco.com within 28 days of your purchase. If the coffee taste isn't to your liking, our coffee team will be more than happy to help you find something that you may enjoy.
Brewing Equipment - If you have any issues with any equipment bought, please reach out to our customer support team about a return or exchange within 28 days of purchase. Simply email us at info@lyallandco.com and we will do the rest.
When will my coffee subscription be dispatched?
We dispatch all our recurring orders on Mondays. Once we receive your order, your subscription will be dispatched with 2 business days.
What if i’m not home?
Some of our bags of coffee are packaged so that we can deliver through most letterboxes. If you find it hasn’t been posted through the letterbox, you will have to rearrange delivery with Royal Mail.
How do I cancel my subscription?
All you have to do is log into your subscription member account - it makes it easy for you to skip, delay, or cancel your subscription and personal information at any time.
Cancellation is effective immediately so you won’t be billed again.
